A Phased Renovation
The main objective of this renovation in Phase 1? Get rid of the dirty and disgusting! This 1980's home was showing it's age and was very untidy (honestly, it was pretty gross). Ceilings were scraped, carpets ripped up, bathrooms taken out, and all the dated elements like lighting, millwork, hardware, fixtures, and paint changed. To say this house has a new lease on life is an understatement!
